Our client is a Process Engineering Project Executive company who designs & executes tailor-made strategies for increasing the Business Turnover of their clients. They develop new Clients and Sectors for their client’s products and also help them in obtaining approvals & certifications in their desired industries. They work with End Users, EPCs, PMCs & OEMs in the sector like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Water Treatment, Cryogenics & many more process industries.
The Industrial Sales Executive will get opportunities to work for 17-18 process engineering companies resulting into diverse exposure. They would be treated as direct representatives of MNC's and will represent the prospective companies as a direct representative of the MNC client.
Designation: Industrial Sales Executive
Sector: Industrial Sales / Business Development / Sales Engineer - Domestic Markets.
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 0-3 Years in relevant field
CTC: 25-50K/Month based on experience
Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working days: Mon-Sat week Off : Sunday
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Joining: Immediate
Role Definition: Industrial Sales Executive is one who is responsible for developing new Key accounts for our esteemed client’s and their Engineering Products by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
o Analyze market data to develop strategic insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
o Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
o Develop rapport with key decision
- makers and influencers within client organizations.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
o Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
o Customize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Sales Negotiation and Closure:
o Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
o Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Collaboration and Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and project management to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
o Coordinate with cross
- functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
o Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Skills & Traits:
· Ability to develop good relationships with new and existing client.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Experience in Business Development & Sales. Willingness to travel.
· Go-getter, confident, willingness to learn and hungry for personal growth.
· Target Oriented.
