Position: HR/Admin Executive
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: MBA HR/PGDM in HR / Equivalent Experience/ MHRM, Labour law
Salary : 20000 to 30000
Office Time: 09:30 to 06:30
Job Requirement:
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular) with good communication and correspondence skill.
- Presentable and Well-groomed personality.
- Good Problem-Solving skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and compliances
- Knowledge of HR Systems and database management and document handling.
- Excellent active listening/negotiation/organizational skills
Job Description:
- Monitor and regulate the attendance, payroll, on-boarding and exit process Record and maintain employ payroll compliances like PF, ESIC, PROFESSIONAL TAX, ETC.
- Address the employee grievances and resolve the same in short TaT. Escalate to the management if required.
- As a wholesome recruiter, schedule and conduct the interview for technical and non technical candidates.
- Track the employee performance by maintaining the performance appraisal reports.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, Recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Conduct the daily back-office admin activities like keeping the office presentable and organized.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and RnR activities

- Assist and support all the other Admin activities and cross functional activities.
- Keep track of newly joined employees learning curve during probation period.
