Our client is a Global Pharmaceutical Company. They Develop, Manufacture and Market; safe, innovative and cost competitive Generic Pharmaceutical Products with the aim to improve patient’s quality of life.

Job Title – Finished Formulation Export Managers (Africa, LATAM/CIS regions)

Location – Ahmedabad (Travelling will be a part of your role)

Experience - 6 - 10 years

Qualification - B. Pharma or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing

Work timings - 10AM - 7PM (5 days working) - flexible working hours are allowed

Reporting to - Director

Role & Responsibilities:

* Develop and expand the finished formulation business in the mentioned region.

* Manage existing distribution networks and identify new market opportunities.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

* Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) for product launches and promotions.

* Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for finished formulations.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

* Flexibility to work as per geographical time zone when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* B. Pharma or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing.

* 6-10 years of experience in international finished formulation sales, specifically in the African region.

* Strong understanding of African pharmaceutical markets and distribution channels.

* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for finished formulations in Africa.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively.
