Our Client, a leading and eminent manufacturer and exporter of Indian grown Organic Cotton and Yarn headquarter in Sindhu Bhavan Road Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Position: Finance Executive

Experience: 2 years in accounting in any company or Experience of 1 year in any manufacturing company.

Qualification: MBA in Finance (more preferable) Inter CA/ Inter CMA/ M.com

Salary: Upto 37k

Office time: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (6 days)

Job Role:

·      Bank Liasoning concerning the borrowing Limits of Group Companies concerning renewals, enhancements, and other audits.

·      Support the CFO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.

·      Prepare and Manage Cash Flow & Fund Flow on a routine basis. Providing consolidated reports at the group level.

·      Reviewing & Negotiating Banks for Better Pricing and Terms and Conditions.

·      Submit and Review Bank Compliances Like Stock statements, QFR, and other Financial reporting required by Banks and other Institutions.

·      Preparing Fund Blockage Report and evaluating remedies for release of blockage of funds.

·      Preparing Budgets for Various departments and preparing deviation reports.

·      Reviewing cash outflow as cost controller.

·      Participate in developing new business, specifically: assisting the Promoters in identifying new funding opportunities and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.

·      Preparing CMA or projections of Financial Statement as required by Banks.

·      Preparing Forex Exposure MIS and hedging the same in Banks and Exchange.

·      Preparing and reporting discounting of Bills with Banks.
