Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more. Witnessing the huge need for the baby care segment, the brand has introduced compact, lightweight 'Baby Feather Diaper' wipes and Diaper Bin this year. With a strong commitment to sustainability, recently the brand has launched an exclusive baby products range that includes baby cream, lotion, soap, shampoo, powder, and baby massage oil.
Job Title – Executive Stores
Location – Moraiya, Changodhar
Experience - 3 to 5 years
Qualification - Any graduate
Any other specialization- Advance Excel/SAP
And it will be great if he will be having BIZ knowledge
Salary - 20-30 K
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Should have good knowledge in store management. Having minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Store department.
- Acquainted with Store activities in inventory management.
- Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value.
- Material Order, follow up for delivery and processing challans.
- Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values. Quarterly audit of material inventory.
- Store Managements, Material inventory & day to day material consumptions with SKU codes like FIFO/FICO, GR, GI, GRN, GT standard procedure, Stock summary & Reports with correct attributes, compilation for GRN & Material code, & Plant code formalities.
- Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along with correct supportive points. Continuous & timely follow-ups with vendors for their pending materials as per purchase order
- Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report. 10. Receipt of material - physical
- Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system.
- Proper Storage and preservation of the material
- Send documents to accounts for making payments.
- Maintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas
- Issues Material - physical and system
- Should have good sound knowledge of MS Office.
