Our Client, a leading AHU & HVAC Products Manufacturing Company requires DM Accounts & Finance for Santej Ahmedabad Plant Location.


Position:- DM Accounts & Finance

Experience:- 6-7 Years of experience in a manufacturing plant 

Qualifications:- CA/ ICWA / CA Inter

Salary:- 9-12 LPA

Location:- Santej, Ahmedabad

Office Timing:- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Alternative Saturday off)


Job responsibility:


Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify financial trends.


Auditing:

  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Prepare audit reports and recommendations for improvements.


Taxation:

  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.


Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor and control expenditure and cash flow.
  • Advise on investment strategies and financial risk management.


Advisory Services:

  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients on business growth, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Assist clients in financial decision-making and long-term financial planning.
  • Offer guidance on regulatory and compliance issues.


Compliance and Regulatory:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage statutory filings and documentation.
  • Implement and maintain effective compliance programs.
