Position: Deputy Manager Sales & Business Development
Total Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
Edu: B.E/B.Tech preferably with industrial selling experience.
Location: Pune
Qualifications:
Duties and job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of company's strategy to position themselves as the leading industrial water treatment supplier in India.
- Market Research for their Product line opportunity.
- Searching for green & brown field opportunities in focused Industries segments.
- Gather fresh market information about competition, trends, and technology gaps in order to identify a fresh pipeline of early engagement opportunities and in order to properly build the future specific bidding strategy
Networking:
- Develop professional relationships with End users/EPC/consultant firms in allocated regions providing prompt technical and commercial support and focusing on the future sales strategy and then, promoting a sole sourced approach to the business.
- Promote the company's Product, Foster market awareness through conferences, specific customer seminars, webinars etc.
- Preparing the database to support marketing activities.
Presales:
- Searching, Connecting, with the concern persons, management and generating inquiries for the company's products in India.
- Meeting and giving presentations to introduce the company's technologies / accomplishments / new processes to the End users, consultants, EPC, contractors, PCB and others in India.
- Focus on early engagement with industrial end-users through tailored technical support

- Actively engage with the clients especially during project feasibility and FEED stage, identifying customer pains, developing Ideas, and exploring solutions, exploiting, and actively coordinating company's internal knowledge
- Collaborate with application engineering and process team preparing conceptual studies that integrate the company's whole technology expertise as a conceptual proposal.
- Submission of technical proposal and arranging meeting with influencer, management and follow up.
- Developing dealer/partner network Pan India and driving them.
- Support to convert into business orders
Skills and requirements for the role:
* B.E/B.Tech preferably with industrial selling experience.
* Minimum experience of 8+ years.
* Atleast 8+ years in EPC/ water treatment company involved in projects selling to industrial clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Wastewater background (design and sales) will be an added advantage
