Our client company provides Accounting Bookkeeping, Medical Billing, Audio Visual, IT outsourcing services to small businesses across the USA.
Position : Client Service Executive (AR Caller)
Industry : US Healthcare
Experience : 6 months - 5 Years of relevant experience with AR calling, Denial Management and RCM process from US Healthcare Industry
Job Location : Ahmedabad (Ashram Road)
Shift : 6.30 PM – 4.00 AM (US Shift)
Work Mode : Work from Office (5 days/ Sat & Sun weekly off)
Benefits : Night shift allowance (Monthly 3000/-) for all
& Pick up & Drop Facility (For Female employees only)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of Provider and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals.
- Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
- Post payments and write off the contractual adjustments accordingly while working on the accounts.
- Identify and report trends and issues related to claims and billing
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
- A brief understanding on the entire Revenue Cycle Management.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
- Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Ready to work from office.
- Immediate joiners Preferred.
- Should be willing to work in US Shift.
- Experience as an AR Caller in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min.
