Our Client company a leading digital commerce company having offices in USA, Canada & India looking after following staff for their office at Vastapur Area of Ahmedabad.
Position: Client Accounts Manager
Location: Vastrapur-Ahmedabad
Work Timing: Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Office (5 Days/week) & based on client call they should be available from home as per the schedule
CTC: 6 Lacs Max.
Job Details:
As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships from the pre-sales stage through to post-sales support. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success. This role requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Activities:
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Act as a subject matter expert, addressing client inquiries and providing insights into how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders during the sales process.
Post-Sales Activities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation and ongoing support.
- Conduct kickoff meetings to outline project timelines, deliverables, and expectations with the client and internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as implementation and development to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or challenges that may arise.
- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews with clients to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and upsell additional
- services or products as needed.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize their utilization and success with our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Elementary Education i.e. 10th & 12th must be in English medium.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical field OR, BBA with IT/Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
