Job Title – Business Development Executive
Location – Hyderabad
Experience :- 4 to 5 Years from IT company or Digital marketing agency
Qualification : Any graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach in India & Overseas
- Lead generation through upwork,freelancer.com etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align business strategies with company objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Readiness for travelling within the city & country for meetings/presentations as & when required
- Availability for late evening client calls if required
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in [specific industry].
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of [specific industry, if applicable] products, services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis for sales forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
