Job Title: Automation Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad at Kaizen Solution

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Education: B.E. in Instrumentation and Control Engineering

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a B.E. in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, with 1-2 years of hands-

on experience in PLC, HMI, Motion, and Drives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Automation System Design: Design and implement automation systems, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and drive systems, to meet operational requirements.
• Programming & Configuration: Develop, test, and debug PLC programs, HMI applications, and motion control systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.
• System Integration: Integrate and configure automation equipment with existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and data flow.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including system designs, user manuals, and technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and maintenance, to ensure automation solutions meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in automation processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, motion control systems, and drives.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text), HMI software, and motion control systems.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document technical processes.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and precision in programming and system configuration.
