Our client Our Client, a leading AHU & HVAC Products Manufacturing Company requires Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Purchase for Ahmedabad Location.


Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Purchase

Experience: 10-12 Years

Education: B.Tech in ME/Mechatronics Diploma

Diploma

Salary: 7-9 LPA

Location: Santej, Ahmedabad


Role and Responsibility: -

Skills :    

•   Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

•   Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.

•   Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

•   Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

•   Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

•   Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.

•   Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

•   Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

•   Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

•   Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.


KRA :


•   Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistently.

•   Develop statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements. 

•   Assessing project material requirements and designing purchase schedule. 

•   Purchasing policy and planning. Formulating budget for timely 

      increase in internal customer satisfaction score 

•   Delivery cycle time reduction 

•   Reduction in number of complaints from internal/external customers Procurement 

•   Project supplies completed in sequence 

•   Timely placement of all orders as per schedule 

•   Timely delivery of purchase order as per requirement of project 

•   Cost savings in capital items procurement over the budget through negotiations 

•   Reduction in inventory of non-moving items 

•   Reduction in no. of stockouts
