Role: Assistant Manager –  Advanced Intacct Implementation

Industry: KPO/ US Accounting

Years of experience: 7-10 years

Timings: 4 PM IST – 1:30 AM IST

Office Location: Remote


 Primary Responsibilities: 


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals for SAGE Intacct implementation.
  • Conduct system configuration and customization based on client requirements, including chart of accounts setup, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial modules.
  • Assist clients in data migration, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of financial data from legacy systems to SAGE Intacct.
  • Perform system integration tasks, including connecting SAGE Intacct with third-party applications, such as CRM systems or payroll software.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the system's functionality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of SAGE Intacct and can effectively utilize the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process, working closely with technical support and development teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones are achieved and implementation projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and enhancements of SAGE Intacct and provide recommendations to clients on best practices and system optimizations.
  • Document implementation processes, system configurations, and client-specific customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.


 Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in END to END implementing  of Advanced SAGE Intacct cloud-based financial management systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in configuring SAGE Intacct, including chart of accounts setup, general ledger, and financial modules.
  • Experience with data migration and integration between SAGE Intacct and other applications.
  • Team handling experience of around 10 people
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide training and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
