Our clients are one of the biggest lubricants provider in Gujarat. They have its head office in Ahmedabad. They are working with various industries like Textile, Marine, Wind Energy, Power Plants etc.


Company Products- Industrial Oils, Grease, Specialty lubricants, Marine Oil, Hand Tools, Food Grade Oils, Automotive Oils etc.


Job Position-  1)Area Sales Manager (Gujarat)

             2) Area Sales Manager (Mumbai)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a management or engineering field.

Candidates with a technical background will be given priority.

Candidate with strong experience in automotive after parts industry or Lubricnats will also works.

 

Experience: Candidate should have minimum 6/7 years sales experience in retail sales like automotive lubricant, automotive auto parts, automotive filters, additives etc. Similar field or related industry will be first preference.

 

Product to Market: Lubricants and Additives (Made In Germany)

 

Job Profile: 

  • To appoint a Distributor for Lubricants in their respective areas. To help distributors to develop market for Liqui Moly products.
  • Developing and implementing techno-commercial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability of assigned region.
  • Lead the technical activities to achieve integrated goals and objectives.
  • Assess market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and strategies.
  • Overseeing the development and pricing of products and services to maximize market penetration.
  • Participate in brand promotional BTL activities and customer awareness campaigns.
  • Managing and providing technical support during sales activities at the customer front.
  •  Preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals to senior management.
  • Evaluating and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and analysing product performance and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the organization's market presence.
  • Supervising techno-commercial project implementations and post-launch evaluations regularly


Skills: Knowledge of Sales, Good Communication, Presentable, Knowledge of the field


Package: 6,50,000 to 7,00,000 Annually + Incentive + Actual Expenses.
