Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end social media/digital campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity through research and analysis, campaign strategy, bid management, CPA optimisation, and landing page testing.
· Implement, Monitor and Report Social Media channels such as Facebook/IG and LinkedIn.
· Work with cross-functional teams including other media specialists to plan, implement, and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives.
· Proactively manage campaigns related to social media platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Search Engines and others).
· Manage and integrate CRM of various client to capture leads from social media channels to client’s database.
· Explore and run remarketing, lookalike and database marketing campaigns in social media.
· Explore market opportunities to take client return on investment to next level
· Run Ads by creating broad and narrow targeting in various social ads platform
· Provide benchmark, extensive competition analysis and tracking reports to Account Managers, SEM manager, Clients, and Media Team on key performance indicators and provide insights on how these map to larger client goals.
· Analyse trends and improve media performance based on the client’s KPIs.
· Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimisation levers, enhance learning, and improve performance.
· Handle FMCG, B2B and B2C related clients with all aspects of Media Advertising
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of digital media planning and buying experience with hands on experience specifically with self-service media including social and search advertising; agency environment a plus.
· Proficiency in technical aspects of CRM integrations (marketo, salesforce and others) in Social Ads, Social Ads Objectives and AB testing experience is must
· Experience with online marketing metrics such as return-on- investment, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
· Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organisational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is must
· Experience in Running Programmatic Ads, Shopping Ads, Amazon Ads and other E-commerce Platforms is a plus
· Knowledge in external social ads tools and competitive analysis tools is a plus
· Experience with 3rd party media tools such as Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick, etc. is a plus.
