Job Role - Sales Executive	 	 Experience - 0 - 2 years	 	 We are SyncSense - an early stage funded startup building a content localisation platform	 for businesses to reach new audiences.	 	 We are looking to hire an ambitious Sales Executive to join us as an early team member to	 drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic	 client relationships and delivering customised localization solutions in alignment with	 client’s needs. We are on track to raise our next round of funding in the next 2-3 months	 and assure at least a 100% hike along with a promotion for the deserved candidate.	 	 Role and Responsibilities	 	 ● Lead business development efforts for SyncSense	 ● Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits	 ● Demonstrating and presenting products	 ● Negotiating contracts and packages with the clients	 ● Working towards monthly or annual targets	 ● Handling a network of freelance delivery providers	 	 Requirements	 	 ● Undergraduate/Graduate degree	 ● Proven experience of Business Development as an individual contributor role	 	 (Preferred segments - B2B sales, SaaS)	 	 ● Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi. Additional	 	 knowledge of any regional language is a plus.	 	 ● Getting this done mentality	 	 Compensation - Rs.40,000/month
