Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and applications to meet client specifications.
• Utilize Elementor and JetEngine to create visually appealing and highly functional websites that align with client requirements.
• Setup and manage staging environments for development and testing purposes, ensuring a smooth workflow and reliable version control.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Actively participate in client calls, showcasing strong communication skills to understand client requirements, provide updates, and offer technical insights.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including Google Sheets, to track progress, tasks, and timelines effectively.
• Engage in professional email communication to keep clients informed, gather necessary information, and address inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in WordPress development, showcasing a strong portfolio of websites developed.
• Proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Extensive experience with Elementor and JetEngine.
• Strong understanding of PHP and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of version control and managing development tasks within staging environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation efficiently.
