We are seeking a Junior Online Bidder to join our team at SW SOFTTECH in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and bidding on various online platforms to secure projects for the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in online bidding and proposal writing (Mandatory skill)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for projects
• Market research abilities to identify potential bids and understand market trends
• Understanding of online platforms such as Upwork for bidding on projects
• Client relationship management skills to maintain and grow client accounts
• Analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and create custom proposals
• Experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for the company through online platforms
