Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage the online presence and digital growth of our artists and influencers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEO, have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and possess the skills to drive organic traffic and engagement for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of artists and influencers, including Wikipedia editing.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Provide SEO guidelines for content development.
- Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Maintain relationships with relevant online publications and websites.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Conduct regular technical audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed problems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the SEO landscape.
- Communicate regularly with artists and influencers to provide updates, insights, and recommendations for improving their online presence.
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure SEO and social media strategies are aligned and mutually supportive.
- Manage and optimize IMDB and Wikipedia pages for artists and influencers to ensure accurate and high-quality information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably with experience handling accounts for artists, influencers, or similar profiles.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices. Familiarity with various SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and understanding of website architecture and technical SEO.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytical tools.
- Comfortable working with IMDB and Wikipedia pages to manage and optimize content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical clients.
- Innovative mindset to develop unique strategies that stand out in the competitive digital landscape.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments (e.g., content, social media, web development).
