Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Manager based in Mumbai. As a Talent Manager at SWITCH Entertainment, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-profile talent, negotiating contracts, managing schedules, and overseeing endorsements and appearances. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation and to maximize their earning potential.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management or a related field
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile clients simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry and its key players
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or communications
• Experience working with a variety of talent types, including actors, musicians, and influencers
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions
• Understanding of contract law and a proven track record of negotiating complex contracts
