Requirements:

• Experienced in handling twin screw extruders.

• Should be able to resolve machine-related problems. Should be able to do troubleshooting

and handle breakdown.

• Should have experience and knowledge of handling mixers, dosing systems, side feeders,

pelletizing, etc.

• Should be experienced in handling thermoplastic polymers viz. ABS, PLA, TPU as well as

composite filaments.

• Should possess knowledge and proficiency in mixing different colours, plasticizers, and

functional additives to enhance the quality of the filaments.

• Experience in making round 1.75 mm filament on a twin screw extruder is an advantage.
