Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, packages, and routes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences, budgets, and travel needs
• Book and arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation
• Research and stay up-to-date with travel and tourism trends, destinations, and regulations
• Handle booking cancellations, changes, and refunds as necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist clients with travel-related issues or emergencies during their trips
• Stay updated on the latest travel industry developments, technologies, and tools
