Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior level experience of 1 to 5 years in sales coordination or related role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales process and techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Experience in inside sales is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and activities
  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports
  • Manage and update customer database
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product or service
  • Monitor and track sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales team
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgeting
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
