Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
  • Provide information and answer inquiries about the company and its services
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Assist with coordination of meetings and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors
