- Tube or Cold Rolling Industries must.
- Cold rolling qualiity check.
- Precssion Pipes / Auto mobile Pipes Knowledge.
- Implementation and Supervision of all Quality Tools
- Ensure for quality of finished product, proper check.
- Responsible for quality issue & fix.
- Proper report of all Finished stock
- Timely Calibration of all Quality Tools calibration to be done.
- REJECTION, REWORK AND YEILD REPORT
- Implementation of WI of each Machines
- Improvement of Quality issues.
- Inline, Outline and WIP Quality Report on daily basis
- PPC & QC PTM and PTM Stock
- All Records update as per ISO 9001:2015

ERW Black / Galvanized Steel Pipes & Tubes :- Ranging from 15mm NB to 300mm NB with installed capacity (as per international standard BS/EN/ASTM A53 SCH 40) of 2,40,000 MT per annum (UL Approved pipes) . ERW SECTION PIPE (Round Hollow Sections & Square Hollow Sections) TUBLAR POLES:-As per INDIAN STANDARDS and as per given Drawing/Specification. C.R STRIPS/SHEETS.:- Width rang from 14 mm to 1250 mm with thickness 0.20mm to 5.0 mm with installed capacity of 1,00,000 M.T./Annum. Stainless Steel Pipes and Wire: - As per International Standard.
