Job Title: Plant HR Manager

Location: Kosi Kallan, Mathura, UP

Reports To: Plant Manager/Corporate HR


Position Overview:

The Plant HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the plant, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented. This role involves managing recruitment / contractor, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce development. The Plant HR Manager will work closely with plant leadership to foster a positive work environment, support operational goals, and drive employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage the recruitment process for plant positions, send the requirement to corporate HR. Hire blue colors from contactor.

·      Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

·      Attendance management for all staffs, check the proper shift wise data of department wise & their Overtime.

·      Security Management & ensure properly deploy the security staff at shift time.

·      Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

·      Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

·      Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies as required.

·      Conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

·      Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

·      Promote and enforce health and safety regulations within the plant.

·      Collaborate with safety officers to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.

·      Address and manage workplace safety concerns and incidents.

·      Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

·      Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for plant management.

·      Manage HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
