Role & responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in finding potential job candidates through various channels.
- Screening Applicants: Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Interview Coordination: Help schedule and organize candidate interviews and assessments.
- Onboarding Support: Aid in preparing new hire paperwork and facilitate orientation for new employees.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Employee Relations: Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help address concerns.
