Job description

• Assist in formulating the company's future directions (Company's business plan, financial tax strategies, budgeting and forecasting).
• Develop performance measures to support the company's strategic direction
• Partnering with the Top Management to drive the operations of the company, all divisions and levels.
• Managing companies' fund-raising initiatives including through institutional/ venture capital investments and debt finance.
• Manage relationships with investor relations, legal, secretarial, tax and treasury departments.
• Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors.
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

Coordinate and lead the annual statutory audit process, liaise with external auditors and present to the audit committee.
