Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at Swan Sorter Systems Pvt Ltd. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company. This includes preparing and maintaining accurate financial documents, analyzing financial data, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge on Tally Prime and Excel
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy Purchase billing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Petty cash handling

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a timely basis
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
• Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect company assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
