Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
• Strong illustration skills (Mandatory skill)

• Understanding of color theory to create harmonious and effective designs
• Knowledge in layout design to ensure visual hierarchy and balance
• Good visual communication skills to effectively convey messages and ideas

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies
• Maintain brand consistency through all graphical and visual outputs
• Develop and update product packaging designs aligning with our natural and herbal product line
• Liaise with the printing and production department to ensure the quality and accuracy of final outputs
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to ensure our designs are cutting-edge
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
• Receive feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet client and team expectations
