We are looking for Technical Lead- Embedded Zigbee with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Locations.

Key Skills: NFC, Zigbee, RF principles, C

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
• Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects using Zigbee technology
• Strong programming skills in C
• In-depth knowledge of Zigbee architecture and protocols
• Experience in implementing Zigbee mesh networks for industrial/IoT applications
• General knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.
• Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Desired Skills

• Embedded Linux development experience 
• Knowledge of C++/Python development 
• ​Experience with RTOS development
