■ Sourcing candidate through various channels like naukari, LinkedIn, job boards etc

■ Conducting initial interviews and setting candidates’ expectations

■ Developing and maintaining the candidate database as valuable assets of the company

■ Developing and managing customer and candidate relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards

■ Managing the recruitment and selection processes by liaising effectively with the customer, candidate, and internal team

■ Monitoring applications/responses received and making sure that candidates’ applications are processed efficiently

■ Placing suitable candidates successfully to customers

■ Seeking the best talents by implementing networking, headhunting, ad posting, and other strategic methods
