We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Domestic Staffing industry and has the skills to build excellent relationships and is a great communicator.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Notice period: 30 Days Max
Experience: 5+ years Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
• Engage customers, qualify and disqualify potential customers, and apply value propositions to specific customer scenarios.
• Must bring/generate business from India - Service Companies / Domestic MNC clients for contract / permanent staffing.
• Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts and through your initiative (Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and Emails) Setting up meetings for onshore counterparts via cold calls and Emails.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients Collaborating with your Sales counterpart in to secure retain, and grow accounts Doing extensive Market
• Research on all potential clients.
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies and Coordinating business generation activities.
• Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans Maintaining a database of prospective client information.
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting on budget issues.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the sales/business development role within staffing, recruitment, and IT Staffing Solutions.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent consulting, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing & closing staffing opportunities.
• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred.
• Must have staff augmentation in domestic market experience.
• Must have IT Staffing client acquisition experience.
