Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the modular furniture showroom
• Manage and supervise showroom staff, including training and scheduling
• Ensure excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and assistance to customers
• Maintain and update the showroom inventory, including ordering new stock and managing displays
• Achieve sales targets and generate revenue by promoting and selling modular furniture products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase showroom visibility
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
