Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to meet individual and team targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Provide feedback and inputs to the product development team based on market insights
