1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from the leads provided by the company. Introduce them to our investment products, services, and special offers.

2. Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and other appropriate channels. Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients for follow-up and future reference.

3. Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their investment needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to offer suitable investment solutions.

4. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the investment products and services offered by the company. Stay updated with the latest market trends and investment opportunities.

5. Build rapport with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships. Follow up with interested prospects to address their queries and concerns.

6. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets. Strive to meet or exceed the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

7. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including details of calls, inquiries, and feedback. Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in B.com , MBA , Finance, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role is preferred Or Fresher
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have Good Communication in English is mandatory. Hindi , Telugu, Malayalam, Urdu, Kannada will be an added advantage.
