Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Svenska Design Hotel, Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen stewarding and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the kitchen stewarding department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Implement and maintain sanitation procedures to meet health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering and replenishing supplies as needed, while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Train and develop team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Resolve any operational issues promptly, maintaining effective communication with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed to maintain an environmentally friendly kitchen.
