Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in HRIS software, enabling efficient management of employee records and HR processes.
- Strong talent acquisition skills to attract and recruit top talent for various roles effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with performance management systems to help evaluate employee performance (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in designing compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration (Mandatory skill).
