Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our innovative team at Suvit Fintech Private Limited. This senior-level, full-time position is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on driving sales growth and leading our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with proven leadership and team management skills, and a strategic approach to enhancing performance metrics and customer relationships.

  • Proven proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain a strong rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and the achievement of sales targets.
