Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Suvit Fintech Private Limited. This full-time position is based in our Ahmedabad office and involves leveraging your skills in CRM software, negotiation, and market analysis to drive sales and foster customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and software sales, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and Tally ERP.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management practices for long-term client retention.
  • Competency in market analysis to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Tally ERP software to better understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in software sales with a focus on fintech solutions to appropriately address client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients through effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities, ensuring effective pipeline management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team to align on sales objectives.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to represent Suvit and promote its offerings.
