Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time position for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will engage in cold calling, nurturing leads, and building customer relationships to drive sales within the Fintech and SaaS industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Cold calling (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience and effectiveness in initiating communication with potential customers through unsolicited phone calls.
- Good Communication skill (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectively to potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software: Skilled in using Customer Relationship Management software to manage interactions and data effectively.
- Salesforce experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce to streamline the sales process and improve customer relations.
- Lead generation: Proven ability to identify and cultivate potential leads that convert into sales opportunities.
- Sales negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and agreements while ensuring beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- Customer relationship management: Expertise in managing customer accounts to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Interpersonal skill: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues to foster collaboration and support.
