Job Designation:  Technical Program Manager

What You’ll be doing:

● Strategize, implement, and drive technical program initiatives that adhere to

organizational objectives

● Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring the technical program goals are reached

● Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and product managers to

plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, effort estimates,

and release schedule for new initiatives

● Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

● Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against

established business goals/objectives

● Work with business, product and technology teams to identify risks and opportunities

across multiple projects

● Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and circulate periodic program status

reports for management and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

● Experience managing projects across cross functional teams - 3+ years of technical

program management experience

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related

technical discipline

● Deep hands-on technical expertise

● Must be able to independently design, as well as work jointly with other team members

to deliver complex changes. .

● Must be able to effectively collaborate in a fast paced environment with multiple teams in

a large organization (software development, QA, Project/Release Management, Build

and Release, etc.,).

● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

● Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and

follow-through on projects.
