Key Responsibilities:


Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and onboard new NBFC and banking

partners to expand the company’s lending network.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and

potential partners, ensuring mutual growth and alignment with business goals.

Program Scaling: Develop and implement strategies to scale partnership programs

effectively, ensuring high performance and achieving business objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and

operations, to ensure seamless integration and success of partnership programs.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnership programs,

providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and competitive landscape to identify

new opportunities and keep the company ahead in the industry.



Qualifications:

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a similar role within a lending company or lending

fintech.

Experience in other industries will not be considered.

Partnership Onboarding: Proven track record of successfully onboarding at least 10

partners in a business lending construct and scaling the programs.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the lending industry, including NBFCs and

banking partnerships.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess partnership performance and make

data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage

relationships with partners effectively.


Skills and Competencies:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for

partnership growth and success.

Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple partnership

programs simultaneously.

Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that

arise with partners.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and partner requirements.

Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

and external partners.


Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
