Job description: Regional Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with extensive experience in the Indian digital media industry. The ideal candidate will be deeply connected across agencies and brands at mid and senior levels and demonstrate a proven track record of driving substantial value.


Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key players in the Indian digital media industry.

- Demonstrate results in generating 10-15x value overcompensation.

- Employ expert skills in upselling and cross-selling, tailoring solutions to client needs, and identifying underlying client requirements.

- Proactively generate outbound pitch opportunities, moving beyond just responding to inbound client briefs.

- Understand and strategically align with clients' brand and media strategies.

- Combine intelligence and a steep learning curve with ambition and resilience in the face of rejection.

- Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

- Offer more than sales acumen – be a solutions expert, adept in crafting bespoke strategies for clients.


Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in sales within the digital media sector, specifically in the Indian market.

- Strong network and connections within the industry.

- Demonstrable history of high sales performance and value creation.

- Deep understanding of brand and media strategy.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
