Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. • Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams to align with client needs and expectations. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. • Address and resolve client issues promptly.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2+ years of client servicing or account management experience. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Strong problem-solving ability and client-first approach.
