Summary:
A highly accomplished Regional Head with over 15+ years of experience in the blue-collar
sector. Proven ability to lead and manage a designated zone, excelling in Key Client
Onboarding & Integration, cultivating strong client relationships, overseeing the performance
of Operations Managers, and driving profitable business growth. Skilled in strategic planning,
fostering a collaborative work environment, and achieving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Zonal Leadership:
o Provide strategic direction and leadership for the assigned zone within
AamDhane's blue-collar operations.
o Set performance goals, KPIs, and growth targets for the zone, ensuring
alignment with overall company objectives.
o Oversee the performance of Operations Managers within the zone, offering
coaching, mentorship, and support.
o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment across the zone.
Key Client Onboarding & Integration:
o Spearhead the onboarding process for major, high-impact companies entering
AamDhane's network.
o Develop and implement customized onboarding strategies to ensure smooth
integration and successful service delivery.
o Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at these companies.
Client Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships within the assigned zone.
o Proactively understand client needs and challenges, developing solutions that
exceed expectations and drive long-term partnerships.
o Ensure exceptional client service delivery across all operations within the
zone.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
o Manage the P&L for the assigned zone, focusing on cost optimization,
revenue growth, and profitability.
o Develop and implement business development strategies to expand
AamDhane's reach and client base within the zone.
o Monitor key financial metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the blue-collar sector.
Proven track record of successfully onboarding major companies, managing client
relationships, and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of P&L management principles and financial analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically, set clear goals, and motivate teams to achieve results.
Experience in the blue-collar sector within the relevant geographic zone (highly
preferred).
