Job Overview:
Position : Head – Client Service.
Reports To : EVP.
Experience : Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience.
Job Location : Andheri (East)
Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation.
Preferred : Financial services Industry (DP/Broking/ RTA or Merchant Banking)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling team of client service executives.
Guide the team whenever they need support to resolve the issues.
Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients.
Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
Interact with the client constantly, to know the area of improvement
Coordinating with other intermediaries, to solve the client specific queries or other
requirements.
Ensuring timely service within time as specified by Regulatory Authorities.
Independently handling the escalations from companies & intermediaries.
Requisites:
Leadership & Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Capital market products.
Good liaising skills with various agencies. (Merchant banker/exchange/DP/ SEBI /
NSDL / CDSL etc.)
Assisting in implementing regulatory guidelines /procedures.
Should have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PPT.
Good English communication skills (both reading & writing).
