JOB Description:
• Responsible for Implementation & ensure the FSMS (Food Safety Management System).
• Coordination and achieve Quality Objectives/Goals for the Organization
• Monitoring & ensure the implementation of GMP, GHP, Pest control jewelry policy, foreign
matter control, CCP, OPRP, Batch code verification, Label verification, and Preparing
documents of Vendors audit of (IKEA, BIG BASKET, TAJ SATS, Blue Tokai, Slay Coffee,
Haldiram, ) etc.
• Meet the quality systems requirements for FSSAI, FDA, FSSC 22000, BRC, HACCP, SQF
and Private Brand’s certifications.
• Validation of Cleaning in Place CIP for all the line equipment and monitoring, General
Cleaning and Hygiene.
• Monitoring and ensuring the Quality of RM, PM, in process and finished goods materials and
their updated records.
• Inspection of Shipment Vehicle, Dispatch Documents, Product Label, Product Quality and
their COA.
• All Raw material/Packaging Material and FG shall be properly labelled with date and
acceptance/Rejection Certificates.
• Responsibility for implementation of availability of standard chemical reagents, verification
of concentration and calibration program for equipment’s in the Lab & plant
• Responsibility for review and analyze Quality Index and to carry out root cause analysis for
failures and corrective action plan.
• Responsibility to develop and implement a Corrective Action Program, in response to HOQuality Audit /EHS Audit/ Internal Quality Audit reports/ Customer Audits.
• Responsibility for maintenance of records and retention samples, in accordance with
Company and regulatory requirements on the shop floor.
• Basic food safety and hygiene trainings to team and maintain their records with
Photographs.
• Regularly maintain analytical records according to the Standard Operating Procedures of
SFEPL.
• Preparation of process flow charts, check lists & formats for QC inspection.
• Analyse the consumer complaints with the operation and prepare the RCA/corrective action
and its Implementation.
• Maintain day to day Plant Housekeeping and labour effectively.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and Computer Knowledge, day to day reporting and MIS.
