Salary: 21,000 INR plus incentives

Job Description:

Sureti IMF Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by recruiting and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Recruitment: 

  - Actively recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

  - Collaborate with HR and management to identify potential candidates.

  - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' suitability for the role.

2. Team Handling:

  - Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve their targets.

  - Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.

  - Ensure team members are well-informed about company policies and procedures.

3. Business Development:

  - Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.

  - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

4. No Target:

  - Enjoy the flexibility of working without sales targets, focusing on quality rather than quantity.

5. Work from Home:

  - Take advantage of the option to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining office hours.

Qualifications:

- Any degree or relevant educational background.

- Prior experience in business development, team recruitment, or team handling is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
