Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled UI UX Developer to join our team at Sure4job Manpower Solutions. As a UI UX Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our job searching portal. You will work closely with our executive team and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into intuitive designs. This is a part-time/contract/contract-to-hire/remote position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in UI UX design.
• Proficiency in UI UX tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our job searching portal.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the usability of our platform.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI UX design.
